Policies
Registration:
- Payment must be received to secure your spot in the class.
- All returned checks incur a $30 processing fee.
- Classes may be canceled or rescheduled.
- On-Going Registration: email lynn@thecreativelivingroom or call 610-544-5800 to register late in the session and pay a prorated fee.
- Registration Fee: $25.00 This is a one-time (not annual) non-refundable registration fee per family.
- Late Fee: $15.00 late fee if paid one week after date of registration.
Summer Camp Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the start date of the camp session receive a 100% refund
- Cancellations made between 2 & 4 weeks before the start date of the camp session receive 50% refund & 50% credit for use at The Creative Living Room within one year from date of issue
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start date of a camp session receive a credit minus a $30 late withdrawal fee. Credit can be used at The Creative Living Room within one year from date of issue.
- $25 one-time (not annual) registration fee for new families is non-refundable.
Refunds:
- The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
- 100% refund of tuition will be refunded through the first day of classes.
- Cancellations after the first class meeting must be made via email to lynn@thecreativelivingroom.com or by phone 610-544-8850.
- A credit will be issued for the remaining classes once notice of cancellation has been received by TCLR. This credit is valid for one year from the of date of issue.
Make-Up Classes:
- We allow one make-up class per session.
- Make-ups do not carry over to the next session.
- Class can be made up by any family member taking any other class that is not full. If you are interested in making up a class, email Lynn Falk (lynn@thecreativelivingroom.com) to schedule your make-up.
- If a class is canceled by The Creative Living Room due to extreme weather or illness please attend the make-up class or another class that is not full.
Photographs and Videos:
In an effort to protect privacy in this increasingly documented society and to maintain student focus and concentration on class, we ask that you refrain from taking photographs or videos of your children during classes, except at designated times during or after showings or performances. We ask that you do not post these photographs/videos on publicly viewed websites such as youtube. We trust that you will use these photographs for personal use only.
Teachers or a photographer of the The Creative Living Room will secure your permission to take photographs of yourself/your children to be used in publicity materials such as postcards, brochures, poster advertisements, magazine and newspaper advertisments and on our website and facebook page for the purpose of promoting classes and events of The Creative Living Room.
